Definitions & Interpretation

The following terms used in these terms and conditions carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" or "Site" — The bk23 website and all services operated under it.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who has opened or wishes to open an account at bk23.

Account Registration

• Opening multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.

• The account is strictly for personal use — no one else may operate it.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

If you register using false information, bk23 reserves the right to suspend or close the account at any time and withhold funds. Any bonuses or rewards may be forfeited in such cases.

Age Limit & Eligibility

At the time of registration, you must confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are operating the account in your own name and for your own benefit.
• You are not restricted from accessing online betting services under the local laws of your place of residence.
• You are not enrolled in any active self-exclusion programme.

bk23 reserves the right to verify the age of any member. If appropriate documentation cannot be provided, the account may be temporarily or permanently suspended.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The accepted payment methods for making deposits at bk23 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Funds deposited into the account are only accepted from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Depositing funds through a third party is prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals generally take between 10 and 45 minutes to complete.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if verification has not been completed.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, bk23 may request further verification.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% bonus is provided on the first deposit at bk23, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the total balance. For example, a 10x wager on a ৳1,200 bonus means ৳12,000 must be wagered.

• Bonuses are always subject to bonus terms, which are subject to change.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically approved.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be used for betting.
• Promotional bonuses may be limited to a specific validity period.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If an attempt is made to gain an advantage through bonus abuse or fraudulent activity, the relevant bonus will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed at bk23 are considered final and cannot be changed once placed. The following are the core principles regarding betting:

• bk23 reserves the right to accept or reject any bet.
• Bets placed on odds incorrectly displayed due to a technical error may be cancelled.
• If a dispute arises over the outcome of an event, bk23's decision shall be considered final.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

6.2 Casino Games

Each game in the bk23 casino section is subject to its own rules. Where there is a discrepancy between the game provider's rules and bk23's rules, bk23's rules will take precedence. All games are operated under fair play principles.

Prohibited Activities

Account Suspension & Closure

bk23 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity is found.
• Required documents for verification are not provided.
• Participation in prohibited activities is proven.

8.2 Account Closure by the Member

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Any outstanding balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

Limitation of Liability

bk23 is not liable for losses caused by technical errors, system outages, or unforeseen circumstances. This includes:

• Bets cancelled due to loss of internet connection.
• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised use of an account.
• Decisions made based on information obtained from sources outside the platform.
